STRAIGHT TALK

Yes, but how does this actually work?

What is Apetitus, in one sentence?
We buy dishes from you and sell them online. You cook them and get paid the price we agreed; we handle selling them, taking the customer payment and getting them delivered.
Do I have to build an online menu?
No. You tell us which dishes you can make, the price you sell them to us at and the hours you can serve them. The menu the customer sees — photos, copy, retail price — is built by us.
Will it be sold under my restaurant name?
Sometimes yes, with your name and your look. Other times the same dish is sold inside another brand. We decide that with you before anything goes live.
Where do my dishes end up being sold?
In two places: ordering websites (yours or one of our brands) and the marketplaces and other channels we already work with. You negotiate with none of them.
Can I sell something other than a single dish?
Yes. Dinner for two, a bundle, an experience. We sell it as a closed package: one price, what it includes, how long it is valid and how it is redeemed. You do not manage bookings or tables.
Who gets the order to the customer?
We do. We arrange it with delivery companies and local fleets in each area. You only need the order ready on time.
Who invoices whom?
The customer buys from Apetitus. You invoice us only for the dishes you prepared, at the price we agreed. Couriers and other suppliers invoice us too. You never invoice or reconcile accounts with a marketplace — that is on us.
What if I cannot serve one day?
You switch the product off and it stops selling. You set the hours, the maximum quantity and the prep time, so an order you cannot cook never reaches you.
