FOR DELIVERY COMPANIES

We sell the food. Your company delivers it.

Every order is an Apetitus sale. Your fleet collects it from the assigned kitchen, delivers it to the customer and invoices us for the delivery service. We work with delivery companies, not individual couriers.

WHAT YOU GET

A clear job: collect, deliver and report.

01

Orders already sold

Apetitus supplies the order, the collection point and the delivery address. Your company does not need to find restaurants or customers.

02

Agreed service areas

We define postcodes or municipalities, operating hours, vehicle requirements and expected delivery times before launch.

03

One commercial customer

The consumer buys from Apetitus. Your company provides and invoices the delivery service to Apetitus.

04

Kitchen-to-door operation

Your fleet collects the prepared order from the kitchen, protects it in transit and hands it to the customer.

05

Traceable order status

Acceptance, collection, delivery and incidents are recorded so every party knows what happened.

06

Controlled rollout

We start with specific areas and schedules, measure service quality and expand only when the operation works.

YOUR JOURNEY

How an Apetitus delivery works.

  1. 1

    Apetitus sells the order

We manage the catalogue, the sale and the customer payment.

  2. 2

    We request the delivery

We send the collection point, destination, timing and order reference through the agreed operating channel.

  3. 3

    Your fleet collects it

A driver collects the sealed order from the indicated kitchen at the expected time.

  4. 4

    Your fleet delivers it

The order reaches the customer and the delivery status or any incident is reported.

  5. 5

    The service is reconciled

Completed deliveries are checked and your company invoices Apetitus under the agreed terms.

QUESTIONS

The questions a delivery company should ask.

Do you work with individual couriers?
Not through this page. At this stage we are looking for incorporated delivery companies and fleets that can take operational responsibility for an agreed area.
Who owns and sells the order?
Apetitus does. The customer buys the food from Apetitus; the delivery company acts as our logistics supplier.
Who pays the delivery company?
The delivery company invoices Apetitus for completed services under the prices and settlement terms agreed before launch.
Can we limit coverage and hours?
Yes. Areas, schedules, capacity, service levels and exceptions are agreed before orders are activated.
